Our Church’s Oldest Tradition
In 1929, a group of ladies from the Vulcan Church of Christ created a group called “The Ladies Circle.” The first official meeting was on June 11th. This group carried on until 1948, when, on November 18th, the name was changed to “The Candlelight Circle.” Through the years, many faithful women have contributed their time, talents, and hearts to this ministry, helping it grow and flourish. This very worthwhile group has continued to the present day and remains an important part of the life of our church family.
The Ladies Luncheon is a long-standing gathering where the women of our church come together for food, fellowship, and heartfelt encouragement. This beautiful tradition celebrates our collective faith and the strength of a community that spans across generations. We invite you to experience this warm and honoring environment, where every woman is valued and uplifted. Whether you have been with us for decades or are visiting for the first time, we welcome you to join in the joy of our future gatherings.
